What family see

For the person living with dementia

Large text, plain words and one thing to do at a time.

Your tasks screen reading aloud a reminder for Metformin 500 mg, with Read aloud and Mark done buttons on each task.

Reminders that speak up

Tasks and medicines are read aloud at the right time, so there’s no need to find glasses. One big button marks each one done, and Read aloud plays it again.

Daily check-in screen asking How are you doing today? with Great, Okay and Not good, and an optional note.

A daily check-in

Once a day, MemoryCare asks how they’re doing: Great, Okay or Not good. They can add a note, and it’s shared with their caregivers.

Safety

Getting help doesn’t depend on finding the right menu.

Help is on the way. Your caregivers were notified with your location. Sarah (daughter) notified just now. Buttons to call emergency services or cancel.

SOS, one press

The SOS button is on the home screen. One press alerts family with their location. The next screen has a button to call emergency services, and “I am OK, cancel” for accidental presses.

Are you OK? A possible fall was detected. Buttons for I'm OK and I need help, with caregivers alerted in 12 seconds.

Fall alerts

If the phone detects a possible fall, it checks in before telling anyone:

  1. A possible fall is detected.
  2. The screen asks “Are you OK?”, with a countdown.
  3. No answer in time? Caregivers are alerted.

For family and caregivers

Set everything up from your own phone, and see how the day is going without having to ring and ask.

What MemoryCare won’t do

  • It isn’t a medical device. It doesn’t diagnose or treat anything, and the games aren’t a test.
  • It doesn’t replace 000. SOS alerts family. In an emergency, call 000.
  • It needs power and signal. Alerts only go out if the phone is on, charged and connected.
  • It won’t catch every fall. Fall detection can miss a fall, or raise an alarm when nothing happened.
